Curriculum: The EMPA Fellowship’s curriculum is modeled on the American College of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (SEMPA) Standards for Clinical Postgraduate PA Programs. The EMPA Fellowship centers on the patient as an essential part of our educational focus. We are committed to providing a safe environment for our patients, providing excellent patient experience, and promoting the general health of the community.

Clinical Rotations: 

On-Site Rotations: Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Surgery/Burn, Anesthesia, Pediatrics, Respiratory Therapy

Off-Site Rotations: EMS Experience, Diabetic Youth Camp, Correctional Facilities

Program Length: 14 months 

Class Size: 8

Class start dates: November 1 - December 31

Credential: Upon acceptable completion of all requirements of the fourteen-month EMPA Fellowship at ARMC, the graduate will be awarded a certificate of completion.

Stipend: $45,000 annual stipend + Benefits
