Cancellations and Refunds
SEMPA is committed to hosting a safe and successful 360. We are closely monitoring the news and will follow any protocols that are provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). At this time, there are no plans to cancel or postpone SEMPA 360 - the conference will move forward as planned.
In coordination with the Hyatt, we will be implementing enhanced cleaning and sanitization throughout conference spaces
Cancellations submitted in writing - via mail or email at firstname.lastname@example.org - and received on or before Tuesday, January 28, 2020, will receive a refund of fees paid less a $50 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
Cancellations received in writing from January 29, 2020, to Sunday, March 1, 2020, will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellation request on or after Monday, March 2, 2020. No exceptions will be made, including flight and/or weather delays.
Workshop fees will be refunded up to or on Sunday, March 1, 2020. Any workshop cancellations after Monday, March 2, 2020, will not be refunded. No exceptions will be made, including flight and/or weather delays.
